What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is the process of transferring a design onto a garment/material using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. This is different than a heat transferred pattern onto a garment. During the screen printing process the eco-friendly ink goes into the garment/material instead of sitting on top of the garment, which is how the heat process transfer is completed. This is why screen printing images hold up much better with washing and drying and don't tend to crack and peel like heat transfer designs.
We use screen printing for our Cotton-Tea™ apparel brand and custom screen printed clothing!
What type of tees do we use for Custom Screen Printing?
We have 3 price points for garments = Econo, mid and high grade. Our high quality shirts are soft and hold up nicely with wear. We offer both short sleeve, long sleeve and tank top styles. We can offer unisex, men's and women's fit styles. Unisex fit 100% cotton preshrunk shirts are the most commonly used tees. Women's fit has a slightly tighter fit and shorter sleeves compared to the unisex fit. We offer a wide variety of colors and adult sizes (XS-4XL). Just ask us!
