30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We're here to make it simple!
How to Start a Return
Ready to return something? Just email us at support@cotton-tea.com with:
- A photo of the item
- Your name and shipping address
- Your order number or original invoice
- Brief reason for the return
Once we review your request, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and easy instructions on where to send your package.
Important: Please don't send items back without contacting us first – we won't be able to accept unauthorized returns.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- ✅ Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- ✅ In its original condition with all tags attached
- ✅ In the original packaging
- ✅ Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We're so sorry if that happened! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@cotton-tea.com so we can make it right.
What Can't Be Returned?
We can't accept returns on:

- ❌ Sale or clearance items
- ❌ Gift cards
- ❌ Personal care or beauty products

Want to Exchange?
The fastest way to get what you want is to:
- Return your original item (following the steps above)
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like
This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
