Getting Your Cotton-Tea® Goodies to You!

We're excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time

5-7 Business Days

All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!

Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Need to Make Changes? Contact us immediately at support@cotton-tea.com if you need to modify your order. Once your order has shipped, we won't be able to make changes.

Shipping Notifications

Track Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email or text notification (your choice at checkout) with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): USPS typically delivers within 2-8 business days after your order ships. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Total Time from Order to Delivery:

  • Processing: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping: 2-8 business days
  • Total: Approximately 7-15 business days

Shipping Address - Important!

Double-Check Your Address: Please review and ensure you've entered the correct mailing address when placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors you provide.

Incorrect Address Returns: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We'll refund your original order amount
  • Shipping fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted
  • You'll need to place a new order with the correct address

Delivery Issues

Package Not Arrived? If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@cotton-tea.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number

We'll investigate and help track down your package!

Postal Service Delays: Delays due to postal service issues (weather, holidays, carrier problems) are outside our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

Proof of Delivery: Items showing proof of delivery by the carrier are considered completed orders. Please inspect your package and products for accuracy within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
